s106 Funds List

Under s106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, contributions can be sought from developers towards the costs of providing community and social infrastructure. This funding is commonly known as 'Section 106' or 's106 Funds'. 

An example of this is the new porch erected on the Village Hall from s106 money from building at Ashington Lodge.
