Colchester Draft Local Plan

We have today submitted representations on behalf of Aldham and seven of the Parishes covered by the A12, A1124 and A120, objecting to a number of policies in the Draft Local Plan that we believe adversely affect our communities as currently drafted. The City Council will consider these, and others, at the end of November when it will have to decide whether to submit the Plan for an  Examination before an independent Inspector at some point next year. The Council cannot amend the Plan at this stage but can recommend changes for the Inspector to consider in due course.
