Home Upgrade Grant - HUG

Please see the Home Upgrade Grant here. It's a grant for improving the energy efficiency of homes off the gas grid (all of Aldham) where resident are on low incomes and living in cold energy inefficient homes (most of Aldham). The funding can go towards various types of insulation, ventilation, heating (e.g. storage heaters, heat pumps) etc. depending on what is identified as suitable for the home and within cost thresholds for the grant. 

Key eligibility criteria: Residents living on combined household income of below £36,000 gross AND Have an Energy Performance Certificate of D or below (if you do not have one, check your home is similar to neighbours which do have a qualifying EPC - check here - then you should still apply to see if you might qualify).
