Local Plan Update

Colchester City Councils draft Local Plan outlines where housing could go over the next 15 years and this was voted on 10 November 2025. The vote resolved to go out to consultation on the plan as it stands but made it clear they have not ‘agreed’ its content at this stage. The APC will continue to work with planners on plans for Aldham.
